Delivery areas
We deliver to all Yemeni governorates and cities:

- Aden
- Taiz
- Al Hudaydah

- And all other governorates
Delivery time
- Inside Sana'a: On the same day
- Other governorates: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: 5-7 working days
Shipping costs
- Orders over 100,000 riyals: Free shipping
- Orders under 100,000 riyals: vary by region (calculated at checkout)
Order tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Door-to-door delivery
We offer door-to-door delivery with the option of cash on delivery.
Inside Sana'a Governorate
Pick-up from shipping offices in other governorates
You can request delivery from the shipping office for an additional fee.
Packaging and packing
All our products are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use secure packaging materials to protect perfumes and glassware.
